We have a non-invasive approach to headshot photography. We come to you. That means less time out of the office and a more efficient work day. We have a portable studio and lighting and can be set up in your premises within 15 minutes. Or we can use the natural light in your office and can incorporate your premises into your scheme.

Headshot Photography is an investment that will always reap rewards. Happily our headshot photography options are affordable and inclusive. After a decade of taking corporate headshots, I have learned to work quickly and efficiently. And I like to think I'm a fun and light hearted photographer who can coax a smile from pretty much anyone!
As headshot pricing depends on the time taken and the location, it is difficult to give a definite pricing here.
Guideline
A 30-minute headshot photo shoot in the Redlands is $198 total (inclusive of GST)
A 1-hour headshot shoot with up to 30 people in Brisbane is $385.00 total (inclusive of GST)
How To Book
No matter the scale of your office or workplace, we are equipped to photograph anything from a single headshot to a full company of 1000+ people!
Step 1: Expression of Interest
- Contact us! Provide essential details such as the date, location, approximate number of people needing headshots, and coverage time required (if known).
- Let me know the style of photographs you are wanting - candid, formal portraits, studio background/natural background, group photos or all of the above!
- Be open about your budget to ensure we can provide you with suitable options and packages tailored to your needs.
Step 2: Confirmation of Availability, Quote, and Deposit
- Once you've expressed your interest, we will check our availability for your event date and provide you with a formal quote based on your requirements.
- Review the quote carefully, ensuring it includes all the services you discussed, such as coverage time, number of edited photos, and any applicable travel fees.
- If you're happy with the quote, confirm the booking by paying a non-refundable deposit. The deposit amount is typically a percentage of the total cost.
Step 3: Booking Confirmation and Establishing Schedule
- After receiving your deposit, I will send you a booking confirmation outlining the agreed-upon services, schedule, and any additional details discussed.
- You then have unlimited access to me to run through timings, amendments, details etc
- Finalize any remaining logistics, such as venue access, parking arrangements, and any special instructions.
- The balance is then due the day of the headshots. Direct transfer preferred, credit card possible with a small additional transaction fee.
